PEER 1 Hosting Completes SSAE 16 Type II and CSAE 3416 Audit

PEER 1 Hosting, a global web hosting provider with headquarters located in Vancouver, Canada and European operations in Southampton, England, has put out a press release announcing their successful completion of two independent audits.

The press release put out through PRWEB.com states the Standards for Attestation Engagements 16 (SSAE 16) Type II and Canadian Standard on Assurance Engagements 3416 (CSAE 3416) were completed for the period between July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. These audits are each internationally recognised and their undertaking assures that all PEER 1 Hosting’s procedures and processes adhere to the industries best practices and accreditation requirements.

PEER 1 Hosting’s certification to the globally recognised standards means that customers at home in Canada and abroad are provided with greater independent assurance and objectivity that all hosting facilities provided are do so in accordance with industry mandates.

The completion of SSAE 16 Type II and CSAE 3416 audits adds to PEER 1 Hosting’s previously completed SAS70 Type II and CICA 5970 audits undertaken in 2010.
