The global web hosting giant GoDaddy announced the release of its new mobile component to automate mobile and Web site integration.
GoDaddy’s new Website Builder will save firms’ time and effort, as well as expanding their reach. The growth of mobile websites means companies can’t afford to ignore this vital medium any longer. This new mobility function joins up with a number of other mobile-friendly GoDaddy products geared towards generating revenue.
Jason Rosenthal, the GoDaddy President of Products and Technology, commented on the webhost’s commitment to helping small businesses: “GoDaddy has been helping millions of small business owners harness the power of the Internet to build their businesses for more than a decade,” He continued to comment on the launch of the new integration function: “With today’s launch of mobility within Website Builder, we’re enabling our customers to instantly optimize their sites for the hundreds of millions of smart phone and tablet owners.”
Current figures estimate over 700,000 sites will integrate into a mobile site when the product launches. As well as acting as a major benefit for customers, the launch will make GoDaddy one of the biggest players in mobile website hosting on the planet.
Joan Gould, the President of ProAnox Systems, recently used the beta version of the mobile upgrade. He commented on the impact it had on his company, which sells antioxidant supplements: “Our growing business realized an astounding 137 percent increase in sales in the first 30 days after adding the beta mobile upgrade to our GoDaddy Quick Shopping Cart. I strongly recommend GoDaddy mobile for simple installation, functionality and most important… bottom-line results.”
The new Website Builder, as well as the new mobile functionality upgrade, is geared specifically towards people with limited tech knowledge. It makes the product accessible to a greater number of people, and the latest upgrade is bound to make Website Builder even more popular.
