IM Cash Saver, the Internet marketer’s rock-bottom “discount store”, announced late last week (December 2011) they had reached a deal with web hosting company FatCow to offer the company’s services on their website. According to the announcement of the deal allows new customers to purchase FatCow web hosting services through IM Cash Saver at a drastically discounted rate. New customers will pay only 56% of the retail price if they sign up through the program.
In addressing the deal IM Cash Saver president Paul Hannam said that “FatCow have [sic] proven again and again that they are an excellent, reliable web hosting supplier.”
IM Cash Saver offers a wide range of services to Internet marketers at discounted prices through a business model similar to the group couponing principle; the company negotiates with service providers for lower rates in exchange for a certain number of guaranteed customers. The main difference between what IM Cash Saver does compared to group couponing sites lies in the fact that the discounts available at IM Cash Saver are long-term offerings rather than short, one-day deals.
FatCow was established in 1998 on the principle that web hosting and marketing needs to be simpler. To that end the company offers only two plans; one is for full Web hosting services while the other is just a domain name and e-mail address. Setting up websites through FatCow is easy as well with no expertise or web developing knowledge needed. FatCow prides itself on great customer service and great value.
