Québec-based Web hosting company SherWeb has announced plans to attend next week’s 2012 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference as a first-time exhibitor. The event, being held in Toronto from July 8-12, is an opportunity for the company to promote the fact that it is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. The company plans to use the five day event as a means of networking with resellers already active in the Microsoft community. They also hope to develop new partnerships by offering special programs and service bundles.
Since becoming a certified Microsoft partner, SherWeb has enjoyed very good success. They earned the Microsoft 2011 Hosting Partner of the Year award and are ranked in the top 100 of the North American Deloitte Technology Fast 500 technology companies. They are planning several new initiatives to continue that success, including new service packages that will add more opportunity and value to reseller opportunities.
“SherWeb is thrilled and honoured to be part of the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference,” said SherWeb Executive Vice President Matthew Cassar. “Attending this prestigious event represents a major investment in our reseller channel’s continued growth and success, and we are confident that our new offering will strengthen SherWeb’s position as a leader in the cloud industry.”
